Bobby

Raised on a cattle ranch in Missouri, I built my foundation on strong values and discipline. At 19, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry, serving two deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan before transitioning into government contracting roles, including work with the Department of State.

Over the past decade, I’ve developed hands-on experience across real estate investing and lending—completing fix-and-flips, BRRRR projects, and working as a mortgage loan officer. In 2020, I shifted fully into short-term rentals, which have been my sole focus ever since.

Today, I co-own Hearth and Host, where my mission is to help investors build wealth through smart STR investing while delivering exceptional guest experiences. I take a practical, advisor-first approach—offering real-world guidance, strategic insight, and support at every stage of the journey.

Jordan

Jordan brings a background in business, marketing, and real estate to Hearth & Host. A former Marine Corps veteran, he earned his Bachelor’s and MBA from Penn State and has worked in marketing, real estate development, mortgage lending, and property investing.

Through his own experience with long-term and short-term rentals, Jordan developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build profitable, well-managed properties. Today, he co-owns Hearth & Host with Bobby, helping both new and experienced investors navigate every stage of short-term rental ownership, from strategy and setup to ongoing performance.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is a lifelong martial artist, holding black belts in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and helps coach his son’s wrestling team.
